- Loan contracts are accessible and can be signed through your First Circle Account. A copy will also be sent to the registered admin’s email associated with the account.
- Make sure your nominated email is active and able to receive messages.
- Rejected Loan Requests
Common reasons why a loan request may be rejected:- You have a rescheduled amortized loan plan that must be settled first.
- You have a pending outstanding balance for a cheque deposit or payment posting.
- Credit check issues.
- For corporations: Incomplete or missing Secretary’s Certificate.
