You’ll be notified when your contract is ready to sign in-app. A copy will also be emailed to the admin. These are some possible scenarios you may encounter after your loan application is approved.
- Canceling a Loan Request
- From your Credit tab, click on View Status opposite the drawdown request in the Drawdowns section.

Click on the three dots located in the upper right corner of the Drawdown Request page.

Select Cancel Drawdown.

Review and confirm your cancellation request by clicking the Yes, Cancel Drawdown button.

Enter the OTP sent to your email or SMS.

A pop-up notification displaying "Cancellation submitted" will appear with details for reviewing the request.

- Applying for a New Loan with Existing Loans
- You may apply for a new loan if you still have available credit. Your available credit limit should always be below 50% when requesting a new loan.
- Each new loan application is subject to a separate assessment.
- Reapplying for a Loan
- Off-boarded clients: May reapply after 6 months from the underwriting team’s initial decision, or once a new and complete set of documents is available for renewal.
- Blacklisted clients: Cannot reapply. The decision is final and irreversible, ending the partnership with First Circle.
