- Date: payment date (refer to Table C of your loan agreement via DropboxSign)
- Loan Amount (numbers): payment amount in numerical form
- Loan Amount (words): payment amount written out in words
- Pay to the order of: First Circle Growth Finance Corp
- Signature: must match your valid ID or your authorized representative’s ID
- Make sure all details are correct and free from erasures or alterations.
