- Cheque deposit schedule
- Cheques are deposited on the morning of the date written on the cheque (usually when the bank opens).
- Voided or replaced cheques
- Old cheques (e.g., voided due to early repayment, replacement, or other reasons) may be:
- Retrieved: Contact your Account Manager or email support@firstcircle.com; Delivery fees for retrieval should be shouldered by the client.
- Shredded: Upon request, our team will shred the cheques and provide an image of the shredded cheques as proof.
- Closed/Inactive Checking Account
- You can settle dues over the counter, but a new bank account is required for future loans, as payments are primarily via PDCs.
