Requesting to Withhold Tax

If you would like to request withholding tax for your loan, please follow the steps below.

1. How to Request
   You may file the request through any of the following:

   • Your Relationship Manager, or

   • First Circle Support at [e-mail]

2. Withholding Tax Rate

   • Clients filing for Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) must indicate 2% in the BIR Form 2307, based on the Tax Code.
     (See sample 2307 form below.)

3. Additional Requirements

   • Our Finance Operations team will provide the adjusted cheque values based on the withholding tax.

   • You must submit a copy of your BIR Form 2307 to complete the process.
