You may request a Certificate of Full Payment once your loan, including any overdue amounts, is fully settled.
A Certificate of Credit Standing and Credit Line Certificate may be requested as long as there are no overdue amounts, even if your account is not fully paid.
If you require documentation for your payment, we can issue a Payment Acknowledgement instead of an Official Receipt, as we do not issue ORs. This document confirms the amount paid, date of payment, and relevant transaction details.
