- Must be submitted at least 3 business days before your due date.
- Same-day requests are strictly denied.
How to request
Follow these steps to reschedule or make an early repayment on your First Circle loan:
From the Home page, go to Credit.
Scroll down and click View All Loans & Repayments.
Go to the Repayments tab.
Select the upcoming due date you want to reschedule, then click Early Repay.
Choose your preferred repayment method:
Pay from your First Circle account: The amount will be automatically deducted from your Bank Account, and the early repayment will reflect instantly.
Local bank transfer or QR code: Save the transaction receipt and send proof of payment to Payment Operations. Posting may take up to one (1) banking day.

- Your payment will reflect in your account by the next business day after sending.
- Your Account Manager may also inform you once the payment has been received.
