Request Period
- Submit rescheduling requests via your First Circle account at least 2 business days before your due date.
- Same-day requests are not allowed.

Steps to reschedule an upcoming payment:

Limits
- The total reschedule period cannot exceed 60 days from the original due date.

Approval process (for requests sent via email):
- The Repayments Team will email you with:
- A computation of the new repayment amount
- Details of the reschedule terms
- Payment instructions
- You must confirm via email to finalize the request.
- The Repayments Team will email you with:

Interests and fees
- Additional interest applies depending on the number of days moved.
- This will be included in the computation shown to you before you confirm the rescheduling request (please see Step 4).
- First Circle does not waive additional interest for rescheduled payments.

- Failure to follow grace periods may result in denied requests.
- Rescheduling may affect your standing during the credit line renewal assessment.
