You can proceed with the standard drawdown process even if your Bank Account is not yet activated. Follow these steps to activate it:
Go to the Set Up Disbursement & Repayment section and click Open Account.
Enter your place of birth and mobile number, then click Next.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to activate your Bank Account.
Review and consent to Netbank. Take note of the details in the preview, as you will need them again:
Date of birth
Place of birth
First name
Mobile number
Click Next.
Complete Netbank security questions exactly as shown in the preview.
Enter the OTP and click Proceed.
A confirmation message will appear once your Bank Account is active.
