Once your loan request is approved, you can access the Sign Loan Contract section in your First Circle account.
You’ll also receive an email from DropboxSign (HelloSign) with the subject line “Loan Disclosure & Terms and Conditions.”
If signing via your First Circle account:
Log in to your account.
You’ll be routed directly to the Contract Signing section.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your signature.
If signing via DropboxSign:
Open the email with the subject “Loan Disclosure & Terms and Conditions.”
Click Review & Sign.
Select Get Started and add your signature in the designated fields using your mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen.
Click Continue → I Agree.
You’ll receive a confirmation message and a signed copy in your email once completed.
If you’re not the authorized representative to sign the contract:
You may assign the signing to your authorized signatory.
Ensure that the signatory’s name matches your submitted Secretary's Certificate.

Important Note
Loan proceeds will be disbursed immediately after the contract is successfully signed, provided there are no issues with the submitted documents and the repayment checks have been verified.
