Checking Your Cash Transfer Status
To view the status of a cash transfer:
Log in to your First Circle account.
Go to the Business Accounts tab.
Click the View All link to see the status of your previous transfers.
Viewing Past Transactions
To review your Bank Account transaction history:
Log in to your First Circle account.
Click the Business Accounts tab.
Click the View All link to see your account history.
Click the Generate SOA button
Select the Date Range and file format
Confirm by clicking Generate now
- A confirmation will appear, and your SOA will be automatically downloaded.
Troubleshooting Payment Creation & Approval Issues
If you are unable to create or approve a transaction in your Bank Account, try the following steps:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Use a reliable browser (Google Chrome in Incognito mode is recommended).
Access your account using a laptop or desktop computer for best performance.
Ensure that you have the required access and authorization before proceeding.
