Reset Password

To reset your password, kindly follow these steps:

1. Go to the log in page.
   
2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
   
3. Type in your e-mail address and click 'Reset Password'.
   
   
   
4. A message will be sent to your e-mail account asking you to reset your password. Please open the reset password mail to reset your password. 
   
   
   
5. Check your inbox, email subject is Reset password instructions. Click Reset password
   
   
6. Once you've clicked 'Reset Password', nominate a new password. Then click 'Change Password'
   
7. You should see this notification once you've successfully reset your password.
