Once the employee signs the loan contract—sent to the email address we have on file—the funds will be released within the next 2 - 3 business days.
Funds are disbursed through the following channels:
Employee’s personal bank account (default option)
Employee’s e-wallet (e.g., GCash, Maya), if no bank account is available
Employer’s SME bank account, if the employee has neither a bank account nor an e-wallet
