- Once your documents are verified, an Account Manager will contact you. Your account manager will:
- Walk you through the details of your Business Credit Line
- Assist you with the drawdown process
- If your application is rejected, we will inform you of the reason, and your application process will end there.
- Document Handling & Privacy
- All documents submitted are stored securely in our records.
- They serve as proof of application and are protected under our Privacy Policy.
- For clients who did not pass verification, documents may be deleted as part of our data protection policy.
- Reapplication Guidelines
- Reapplication depends on the reason for rejection.
- Example: If an ITR (Income Tax Return) was missing, you may only reapply once the latest document is available (annually).
- Other factors may affect your eligibility to reapply. Our team will inform you if this applies to your case.
