Understand the different access levels available and manage team member permissions on your First Circle account.
General Account Access
To see the different kinds of access types on your First Circle Account, please see the matrix below:
Admin – Full access to account features, including document uploads, team management, account settings, and bank account creation.
Editor – Similar to Admin, but cannot edit account settings or add bank accounts.
Viewer – View-only access; can upload documents for account verification.
Applicant – Used during account setup and document submission; can manage applicants, including the business owner.
Support – Reserved for First Circle Support use only.
Credit Account Access
For access specific to Credit Accounts, please refer to the matrix below:
Admin – Full access to all credit features.
Approver – Similar to Admin, but cannot sign loan contracts.
Preparer – Cannot apply for credit, approve internal contacts, or sign contracts.
Viewer – View-only access to the Credit page.
Support – Reserved for First Circle Support use only.
Business Account Access
For access specific to Business Accounts, please refer to the matrix below:
Admin – Full access, including opening bank accounts and approving transactions.
Approver – Similar to Admin, with transaction approval access.
Super Preparer – Can prepare transactions but cannot approve external contacts or payments.
Preparer – Limited access; cannot view balances or approve external contacts or payments.
Viewer – View-only access to balances, contacts, and payments.
Support – Reserved for First Circle Support use only.
