If your OTP is taking longer than expected:
- Double-check your mobile number and email address are correct
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Use Google Chrome in incognito mode
- Access from a laptop or desktop PC instead of a mobile
- Contact your Relationship Manager or Account Manager with a screenshot if the issue persists

If your OTP isn't being accepted:
- Request a new OTP (they expire within 5-10 minutes)
- Enter the code without spaces
- Ensure a stable internet connection
- Use Google Chrome in incognito mode
- Try from a laptop or desktop PC
