Eligible Applicants
Must be a current employee of a First Circle SME Partner company.
Must be employed full-time (contractual employees are not eligible).
Must have been employed with the company for at least 3 months.
Cannot hold 10% or more ownership of the company.
Payroll & Repayment Process:
Employers will receive a Statement of Account 5 days before each payroll date.

The Statement includes:
Total amount due for all active loans
Repayment channels available
Employers will deduct the amount due from employees’ salaries during payroll.
Updating Employee Information:

To update an employee’s contact information, complete this form: Employee Information Update Form (SSA).
Note: Updating existing employee information is only done through this form.
To add new employees, use the Employee Information Sheet.
