Repayment requests for rescheduling may be denied if requests are not within the respective grace periods for such requests.
For Rescheduling of payments, clients should reschedule at least five (5) business days before scheduled payment date.
For each rescheduling request, customers can only request a maximum of 30 days at a time. Request will be denied if it is over the maximum days for rescheduling which is 60 days from the original due date.
