In order to reschedule, you may reply to the repayment reminder email that is sent a few business days before your due date, OR directly reach out to your Account Manager/Relationship Manager.
The Repayments Team will reach out to you via email to recompute the loan amount, provide necessary details, and the step-by-step process for a successful repayment.
Early repayments & due dates that are rescheduled to a later date can be paid through direct deposit.
