Yes, you can provide access to your employees. Just go to the 'Team' tab which you can see on the left side of your account. Afterwards, click the '+' sign on the right side of the page.
After clicking, you will be asked to fill out all the necessary details of the employee you will grant access to.
Click 'Continue', and then you will be asked to choose the roles for your nominated employee.
After clicking 'Continue', you will see that the employee has been added as a Team member on your account.
