Step 1. There are 2 ways on how you can access the bank statement application:
- A unique link will be sent to you by your First Circle Account Manager. The website URL should look like this - http://my.firstcircle.ph/leads/[unique_ID]/bank_statements. Only the [UNIQUE_ID] will be replaced.
- Access the bank statement application through your First Circle Account. To access, toggle the arrow on the upper right beside your Full Name then click on 'Bank Statements.'
Step 2. Click on 'CONNECT NEW BANK ACCOUNT'
Step 4. Click 'CONTINUE.' Then, you will be redirect to a secure Brankas website.
Step 5. Click 'APPROVE'
Step 6. Select the bank that your company uses. You may choose between BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and RCBC. After selecting, click 'PROCEED'
Disclaimer: Note that as of June 23, 2021, First Circle can only accept linkage of bank accounts from BDO and RCBC for Sole Proprietors with personal bank accounts.
Step 7. Enter your account's USERNAME and PASSWORD, and then click 'LOGIN'
Step 8. Enter ONE-TIME-PIN. This is sent to the nominated mobile number connected to your bank account. Once you key in your OTP, click 'SUBMIT.'
Step 9. The app will now retrieve the required information from your bank account. Once it is done, you will see the page below confirming that your statement has been successfully shared to First Circle. Then, please select 'REDIRECT NOW'
Step 10. Once you have completed the above, you may close the tab. Alternatively, you may connect another bank account by click 'CONNECT NEW BANK ACCOUNT' and going through steps no. 1 to 9 again if you use multiple bank accounts for your Sole Proprietorship business.
Once this is all done, please notify you First Circle Account Manager informing them that you submitted your statement online.
