Document Templates for Secretary Certificate, Managing Partners Certificate, Sole Proprietor Owners Affidavit and Continuing Suretyship

As part of the application process, a client may be requested to submit any of the following documents:
a.) Secretary Certificate for Corporations
b.) Managing Partners Certificate for Partnerships

c. Director's Certificate for One-Person Corporations

d.) Sole Proprietor Owners Affidavit for Sole Proprietors
e.) Continuing Suretyship for Individuals, and;
f.) Continuing Suretyship for Judicial Entities

If Secretary's Certificate is unavailable, customers can submit a Board of Resolution as an alternative.
