One (1) valid government-issued ID. The accepted IDs are the following:
- Driver's License

- Special Retiree Resident Visa (SRRV) ID [NEW]
- Special Investor Resident Visa (SIRV) ID [NEW]
- Alien Employment Permit [NEW]
- SSS ID [NEW]
- Pag-ibig/HDMF ID [NEW]
- NBI Clearance [NEW]
- PhilSys/National ID [NEW] **
** PhilSys/National ID will require any of the following supporting docs:
1. A secondary ID that contains a signature
2. A clear selfie photo while holding a piece of bond paper that contains three (3) signature specimens
*TIN ID will now be only accepted as a secondary ID. - Bank Statements (at least the last 3 months)
For businesses with at least 100M declared revenue in their Audited Financial Statement, you are no longer required to submit bank statements. - Latest Audited Financial Statements or Income Tax Return (ITR no longer required if corporation)
- Secretary's Certificate for Partnerships and Corporation businesses only
- Articles of Partnership for Partnerships businesses only
- General Information Sheet for Corporation businesses only
- Articles of Incorporation for Corporation businesses only
- SEC Certificate of Registration for Corporation businesses only
Additional requirements for businesses with corporate and government transactions:
- Future Revenue documents such as unpaid purchase orders, invoices, contracts and completed Trade References Form or Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax if Official Receipts from your business to business transactions.
