Proceed to the First Circle Website
- To chat with Customer Support, you can proceed to the website and use the live chat function of the page.
- Click on the 'Help' button to speak to a Live Support agent.
Once clicked, the chat widget will pop out.
- Type your query, concern or feedback on the text field.
- Press enter.
- There will be articles shown based on the query you entered. If an article answers your query, you may select it then you will be redirected to the article. If your query was not answered by any of the articles, you may click 'Get in touch' to talk to a Live Support agent.
- Please wait until a Live Support agent attends to you. They will gladly assist you with your concern.
A Live Support agent is available during the operating hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm). Please note that our Live Chat is not available from 12NN to 1PM to give our agents time to eat their lunch. You can always leave a message during non-operating hours and you can expect a response as soon as we resume to our operating hours.
