The disbursement process will start after the cheque collection given that it was able to meet the cut off time. Cheques that are collected after the cut-off time (4:30PM) will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a notification once the funds are disbursed. This means that the cheque was processed already and the funds are ready for transfer.
- Since we are working with a third-party to disburse the funds, it will take two (2) business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
You will receive an e-mail and SMS once the funds have been disbursed in your account.
If you were not able to receive the funds in three (3) business days after the cheque collection, you can contact Customer Support to get an update.
