The disbursement process will start after the check collection given that it was able to meet the cut off time. Checks that are collected after the cut-off time (4PM) will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a notification once the funds are disbursed. This means that the check was processed already and the funds are ready for transfer.
- Since we are working with a third-party to disburse the funds, it will take two (2) business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If you were not able to receive the funds in three (3) business days after the check collection, you can contact Customer Support to get an update.
