Payment is considered late when you fail to reschedule and pay on the repayment date. Please take note that a late fee of 2% of the outstanding amount is charged for late payments.
- Please contact the trunk line (02) 8 580 - 3200 if you have past dues.
- The Collections team will give you a computation of the fees that you have to pay.
- The Collections team will ask you to directly deposit the late fees to First Circle's bank account.
- Please send the deposit slip to the Collections team, please copy your Account Manager in the e-mail. This will serve as your proof of payment.
Late payments can be avoided by contacting your Account Manager five (5) business days before your repayment date. It is also advisable to take the call from the Collections team and inform them ahead of time the status of your receivables from your buyers.
