How much is the incentive?

For non-customers, the Referral Fee, Additional Referral Fee, and Default Referral Fee are computed as follows:

1. Referral Fee - (RCL during first disbursement date * 1.5%) = Referral Fee*
2. Additional Referral Fee - (RCL during second disbursement date * 0.5%) = Additional Referral Fee*
3. Default Referral Fee - PHP 10,000 if Referral Fee is < PHP 10,000*

*First Circle to shoulder withholding tax of 5%

For First Circle customers, incentives are in the form of a discount. Discounted Interest Rate is computed as follows:

1. Client Referrer - Add-on Interest Rate (AOR) of loan offer - 0.25% (per successful referral) = Discounted Interest Rate
2. Referred Contact - Add-on Interest Rate (AOR) of loan offer - 0.25% = Discounted Interest Rate

Application of discount:

The Discount is implemented during the following scenarios:

1. Client Referrer receives a Discount on its next loan offer.
2. Referred Contact receives a Discount on its current loan offer.
