For customers based in Metro Manila, you have to send your cheque before 4:30 pm. For customers based nationwide (Other parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao), you need to ship your cheque and submit a proof of courier not later than 1 business day after loan disbursement. You may check the list of serviceable areas for check pick up. If your location is on the list, kindly wait for the Finance Operations Team to call you.
Please be advised that we will still disburse your funds while your cheque is in transit. However, failure to comply within the specified time above will result in the blocking of future drawdowns.
