There are 2 main accepted documents as future revenue; unpaid purchase orders and unpaid invoices. To know if the documents you are holding are valid, please check the criteria below:
A valid invoice should be issued by you to your customers who must be any of the following company types: corporation or government entity.
The expected payment date should be at least seven (7) calendar days from the time of upload.
Invoices must be signed or stamped by the buyer. If the document is not stamped, you may submit a supporting document e.g. acknowledgement email, transmittal document. Please see example below:
Accepted future revenue documents: Invoice, Sales Invoice, Charge Invoice, Billing Receipt/Billing Statement, Delivery Receipt, Counter Receipt, Statement of Account (SOA)
A valid purchase order should be issued by your customer who must be any of the following company types: partnership, corporation or government entity. The delivery date should be more than five (5) calendar days from the time of upload. Please see example below:
Accepted future revenue documents: You can submit documents similar to purchase orders such as the Notice to Proceed, Contract Agreement, and Notice of Award. Contracts and Progress Billing are also accepted considering that they are not construction-related.
