If you are an existing client with First Circle and you see that the limits are 0 on your account, this could be due to the following reasons:

- Your RCL has already expired
- First Circle clients need to renew their Revolving Credit Lines annually. If you have not renewed your credit line, this may be the reason why your limits are 0. - Our internal system has not reflected your limits upon renewal
- For this, you may kindly reach out to us at support@firstcircle.com. We will relay this issue to our Technical Team to investigate
- You have used all your available limit
- Once you have used 100% of your limit, your account will show 0. For you to drawdown again from your line, you will have to pay 50% of the total principal balance to unlock your limit
- Your RCL has already expired
