What are the requirements to renew my Revolving Credit Line?

Annually, customers are required to submit financial documents and information in order to continue enjoying the perks of having a credit line with First Circle. Please refer to the table below for the documents required and guidelines.

Document Submission Guidelines
2022 Income Tax Return
Must have a stamp or acknowledgement receipt
Must have a tax receipt
2022 Audited Financial Statement
Must have a stamp or acknowledgement receipt
Bank Statement
Latest 3-6 months bank statements, passbook or online banking transactions from all of the bank accounts used by the business
Must have a cover page or proof of ownership showing the account number and business name
Ongoing or Upcoming Projects
Accepted documents are unpaid Invoices or unpaid Purchase Orders (and similar documents)
Buyer must be a government entity, corporation, partnership, or cooperative which is not a related entity
More than 10 invoices may have an attached self-generated SOA per buyer (Optional, but highly encouraged)
Quotation documents must have a conforme or buyer acknowledgment that the quotation is accepted or final
Articles of Partnership/Amended Articles of Partnership
Submit the latest amended AOP if available
Must have SEC stamp or acknowledgement receipt
2023 General Information Sheet
If not yet filed, 2022 GIS may be accepted.
Must have SEC stamp or acknowledgement receipt
Secretary's Certificate
Must be filled out and signed by the required signatories
Must be notarized
Attach the scanned government ID of the corporate secretary
